Sophisticated, creamy, complex.
Fitzpatrick is known for their exceptional traditional method sparkling wines. This 100% single block Pinot Noir was put through alcoholic fermentation in stainless tanks, then went through its second fermentation and additional lees aging in bottle.
It has a zesty nose, chalky with lemon wrapped in vague peach, summer berries and patisserie aromas. It has a creamy mousse, is leesy with peach stone, lemon and star fruit flavours. Bone dry and sophisticated, a winner.
